I am Gao Zhiguo, production manager of ZIBO TXJ MACHINERY TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD This is our manufacturing workshop for our Customized tile mould series products, with an annual production capacity of 2 thousand sets of complete mould, suitable for all kinds of press machines, and 30 thousand various types of Punch.

In order to guarantee the quality of products, our company has put into operation several sets of high-precision processing equipment to complete independent production of main accessories and satisfy a wide array of different customization requirements.

At the same time, at each link of production, we carry out stringent quality and tolerance inspection to ensure every product TXJ produces is in accordance with engineering and process requirements, so as to provide superior service for our customers.

Behind me is our manufacturing workshop for Tools for Squaring and Polishing Line. We have a complete, tight process flow, equipped with a hydraulic press, hot-press sintering machine and other high-precision processing equipment. From materials blending, cold press and hot press to welding the finished products, we have conducted stringent examinations at each link. Through balance tester and other testing equipment, we have carried out strict quality inspection on the finished products to ensure that they can effectively meet the demands of customers.
